Project Description
The new Ausgrid building combines existing Ausgrid sites at Chatswood, Gore Hill, Pymble and St Leonards into a new single depot on Broadcast Way in Artarmon. The Artarmon Depot includes a modern two-level office facility to accommodate more than 150 staff, basement storage, a ground floor warehouse, undercover parking and a hardstand area for heavy vehicles.
Facade Innovations provided curtainwalling, cladding and glazed awnings.
Award
The project won a Merit Award in the MBA NSW 2020 Excellence in Construction Award for Industrial Buildings, $40,000,0001+.
