Project Description
Located in North Sydney, Northpoint Tower offers panoramic views across North Sydney, Sydney Harbour and the Sydney CBD. The refurbishment involved the construction of a new 8-storey, 187 room Vibe Hotel as part of major repositioning of the Northpoint site.
Facade Innovations provided the building’s curtain wall, shopfront, frameless glazing, terracotta and metal cladding.
Award
The project was the Winner of the MBA NSW 2019 Excellence in Construction Award for Hospitality Buildings Refurbishment, $50,000,0001+.
