Project Description

Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, Poly Centre is a 26-storey high-rise featuring over 16,000 square metres of boutique office work space.

Facade Innovations provided a bespoke curtain wall, frameless glazing, mechanical louvres, GRC columns and cladding.

Award

The project was the winner of the MBA NSW 2023 Excellence in Construction Award for Commercial Buildings $100,000, 001 – $150,000,000.
