Facade Design & Documentation

Facade Innovations is a leading commercial design and construct contractor specialising in detailed and complex facade solutions in windows, doors, glass, curtainwall and cladding. We have now increased our range of services to offer a detailed facade solution service to architects who may benefit from our ability to think beyond the existing off the shelf suites generally available.

Facade Manufacture and Installation

Facade Innovations have extensive experience in providing complex curtainwall systems, solid and composite metal cladding systems, terracotta and ceramic tiled facade systems, and window and door systems.

Facade Overcladding

We provide full design and construct services for the overcladding of existing commercial buildings in aluminium and teraccota or ceramic tiles. Previous works include 120 Collins Street, Gold Fields House and 124 Walker Street.

Facade Resealing

Facade Innovations are experts in resealing of existing commercial facades, including curtain wall systems and window systems, as well as brick and pre-cast wall systems. Previous works include St Martins Tower (40 levels), AMP Sydney Cove (26 levels) and 469 La Trobe St (18 levels).
